Purchasing & Availability 

  • Our products can be found in licensed dispensaries in Washington, Arizona, and New York. Use the Store Locator on our website to find the most convenient locations near you. 

  • In some areas, yes. Delivery depends on state and local regulations. We recommend checking with your local dispensary or using our Store Locator to see if delivery is available in your region.

  • No medical card needed! Our products are available for adult-use customers age 21+ in all the states we operate in. Just bring a valid government-issued ID. 

  • The Jefé Plus comes ready to use after removing it from the packaging. Just turn the device on, set the temperature, and inhale through the mouthpiece. 

  • The Spark Button on your Jefé Plus controls the entire device.  Located on the bottom of the Jefé Plus next to the USBC charging port.

    • One Tap - Check Temperature 

    • Two Taps - Six-Second Warm-Up 

    • Three Taps - Change Temperature 

    • Four Taps - Ninja Mode (Discretion mode) 

    • Five Taps - Turn Device On/Off 

Jefé Plus  

  • No. As much as we encourage our users to take the Jefé Plus on their adventures, our devices are not waterproof! 

  • Unfortunately, no. The Jefé Plus is a non-refillable, all-in-one device intended to be used until finished and then responsibly discarded. 

  • The Jefé Plus features a six-second warm-up feature intended to bring the oil to temperature and resolve any clogging issues. 

  • You’ll know it’s empty when you get no vapor, the flavor fades, and/or the battery shows “00%” on the display. If you’re drawing with no results and the device feels lighter than usual, it’s likely finished. 

Legality & Compliance  

  • You must be 21 or older with a valid ID to purchase cannabis products in Washington, Arizona, and New York. 

  • Yes. All of our products undergo rigorous third-party testing to meet or exceed state safety standards for potency, purity, and contaminants. Quality and transparency are part of our process.

  • If something’s not working right, contact the dispensary where you bought it. Be sure to save your packaging and receipt!
